Evidaxis

About

An institute for measuring momentum.

Evidaxis is an independent observatory. It measures open AI systems by the rate of change of their public signals and publishes the results as open data, so that anyone — researchers, journalists, funders, and AI systems themselves — can cite a transparent, reproducible source.

Integrity commitments

  • Git is the only source of truth. Every score is byte-reproducible from a published manifest. The website and any database are derived and rebuildable; no number is born in a database or edited by hand.
  • Freeze, don’t recompute. A published measurement is never silently changed. Corrections are new versioned rows; old citations stay meaningful.
  • Positive-only. Evidaxis recognizes who is rising. It maintains no “worst” list and assigns no negative label.
  • Systems, not people. The measured unit is always a system. People are never scored. There is no /persons surface anywhere in the data or API.
  • No pay-for-rank. Placement cannot be bought, and no commercial relationship affects a score. Conflicts, where they exist, are disclosed as data.
  • Stable identity. Each system’s id (e_…) is minted once and never reused, so a rename or acquisition never breaks a citation or badge.

How to cite

Each system has a canonical record at evidaxis.org/e/{entity_id} and a machine-readable record at evidaxis.org/e/{entity_id}.json. Cite the record plus the snapshot period, e.g.:

Evidaxis, “{System},” entity e_…, snapshot 2026-w26. https://evidaxis.org/e/e_…

The full dataset for a date is at evidaxis.org/snapshots/2026-06-27/ with a downloadable JSON. All data is released under CC0 1.0 (public domain); methodology prose under CC-BY-4.0; code under Apache-2.0.

Claim or correct a record

Builders may claim their system’s record (a verification flow is coming) to add an honorary face and links. Corrections and inclusion requests are welcome and handled through a public correction log — measurements are governed, not edited on request.

Governance

Evidaxis is run as a shadow-founded institute: the work, not a personal brand, is the front. Methodology changes are versioned and public; a standing commitment to a published quarterly integrity report and an independent adjudication panel governs disputes. The observatory is built to run for a decade — its value compounds with every snapshot.
